Jaguar and Shell have introduced the world's first-ever in-car payment system, giving drivers a secure and convenient way to pay for their gas. Owners just pull up to a pump at any Shell station and use their vehicle's touchscreen to select how much fuel they need and then pay for it1.

Initially, payments may be made via PayPal or Apple Pay, as Android Pay will be added later in 2017. an electronic receipt displays on the vehicle's touchscreen so that customers can verify that they've paid before they leave the station, and a version of the receipt will also be sent to the driver's email address. The Shell app is only available in the United Kingdom right now, but is rolling out globally throughout the year.

This app is but one of the updates that Jaguar has made for the 2018 XE, XF and F-PACE models, along with many convenience features and a new base 4-cylinder engine that produces 247 horsepower.

Our showroom at 1205 Bridford Parkway in Greensboro is a convenient drive for drivers from the Greensboro, Kernersville, High Point, Burlington and Winston-Salem areas.

1 Do not use Jaguar InControl® features under conditions that will affect your safety or the safety of others. Driving while distracted can result in loss of vehicle control.
